IHello everyone
Recently I got bashed in the head and got multiple fractures on my left hand and a bit on the right by my “half-brother” with a metal pipe, he’s a post office worker and has been diagnosed with depression 10 years ago, to make it short he’s troublesome. So, I want him to put him behind bars without affecting my family.
I’ll start by elaborating the incident:
I’ve lived with my aunt, and recently he too started living with us because of work. He is very inconsiderate, hypocritical and is a major narcissist who can’t even take care of himself. So, on the day of the incident, my aunt nagged him to eat which he didn’t and after a while he started verbally abusing her. So in response I told him to not bring me into his drama but welp that idiot didn’t listen so I went and gave him a beating [A series of punches nothing bloody]and I went back to study for the exams. Then, he searched around the house and came back with a long steel pipe and bashed me with his everything, even went jumping a bit which I found amusing as he hit me. The hit got my left hand pretty bad, making it unusable [I was studying for the exams slouched in a divan, so I didn’t see him coming] . I got up and tossed him in the nearby bed and bit him. My right was also unusable as my fingers broke punching him before. So, I was basically powerless. I blocked most of his attacks with my left hand until it became unusable. Lastly, he tried to hit my head which I tried to block with my right hand but failed because I was hurting and as I’ve said before I got bashed in my head [Its not deep but 5cm long or so I hear]. I then took a cholta [A type of tool to peel open a beetle nut] then threw at him, it missed because I was dizzy and blood got in my eyes. I was bleeding pretty bad by then., but somehow I managed to run. My aunt called me and locked the main door, leaving him captive in the house. My aunt took me to one of her tenets [rent house] without anything no phone, slippers, and no money to hid me from him. He tried to look out the window searching for me but couldn’t find me as I was hid. Later I was taken to a clinic then to the hospital and now here I am waiting to be operated.Context:My aunt went out after she got verbally abused that’s why she was not there and only came for me because she heard the bashing.
My condition:I have 5 cm stitch on my forehead and my left is just ugh really really bad though fixable it will not work the same or so the doctors say, my right fingers are also broken, two of them work so I am fine with restroom activities for now that is before the surgery at least. I also have multiple stitches on my right hand and one on my left.
The problem: my family wants to hide this incident for the well being of my half brother. The only person who is on my side is my non half brother. I have no one, don’t get me wrong I don’t hate them for it but it’s just that I don’t want him to get away with it like nothing happened. Even if he were to go to jail I am sure he’ll come back to kill me so I want him to suffer. He sponges off my mother even though he is working and is just a really really awful human being.
What I want: get him arrested/pay double for the damages and my time
He is 35 years old I think? And I am 24
As of writing this I am in my hospital bed before the surgery and I’ll try to post this after the surgery if I can. I may make few grammatical and spelling mistakes here and there so bear with me. I am barely managing to write this
