I recently shipped a parcel, of which contents went missing. I am not absolutely sure if the customer that received the parcel is trustful, so I asked the shipping company (shiprocket – amazon service) to provide me weight and image captures at all points.
I have decided to drop and bare the loss if there’s no disperency in the captures. However upon raising the request they’re forcing me to submit before and after image proofs of consignment which I don’t have- I just want proofs from their end to validate it happened between the chain or not.
Do I need to wait 30 days before raising a complaint with the Consumer Court? Best approach?
