I need help in preventing dual employement issue , if it could arise due to this in IT sector

If i am on notice period in a company till 24 feb although my last working day is till 5 feb but they gave me 19 salary from 5 feb to 24 feb and will give experience and reliving letter till 24 feb if i join a company from 14 feb and start working there and i have esic card insurance in both ( pf only in new one) can that esic card cause me dual employement issue in future. Please guide me.
