Cyber crime complaint is not getting filed. Help..

I’m trying to file a cyber crime complaint against an insta page which is posting videos of women without their knowledge. The person is visibly stalking these women and using very foul language even in the presence of kids. I attached individual links of multiple videos along with screenshot of profile and where these videos were taken. But, at the end when I clicked on ‘save draft and next’ it took me to the home screen from which I chose an option to file a complaint.

Now when I logged in my account again, I could not findnit in drafts or past complaints. Please advise on how to do as it took me at least 20-30 mins to do the whole process. So, I cannot keep doing it over and over again.

I tried it through other crimes section and not crime against women section as the former explicitly stated that they were regarding rape, child pornography and sexual content.
