UI am from Andhra Pradesh and my residence comes under a municipality. I have been experiencing serious noise nuisance rom a private school almost every week. I called the municipal commissioner and he said there are no civil mechanisms but only criminal remedies after filing a police complaint. Is there any other way? Because trying neighbours for nuisance under criminal offence is disproportionate.
