UHi everyone, I hope you’re all doing well.
I want to share my situation and seek your advice on the next steps.
I worked at ABC for around two years as a software developer. During my time there, I had great opportunities to learn and grow, especially in AI, and I sincerely appreciate the support I received—particularly from my colleagues and mentors.
Due to my plans for higher education, I resigned from the company and completed my notice period of around three months, with my last working day being December 25, 2024. I ensured a smooth transition and fulfilled all my responsibilities until the last day.
While the company has provided me with some necessary documents, my salary for the last month remains unpaid. I have been trying to reach HR via calls and emails for over a month, but unfortunately, there has been no response.
I hold no personal grievances, but I strongly believe that hard work should be rightfully compensated. If there are any delays or challenges from the company’s end, transparent communication would be appreciated so that I can plan accordingly.
I am reaching out here to ask for advice: What would be the best course of action in this situation? If anyone has experienced something similar or has insights on how to proceed, your guidance would mean a lot.
