Aadhar name change

My surname in Aadhaar is Verma, whereas in my 10th and 12th mark sheets it is Singh. I want to update my Aadhaar to match my mark sheets by changing my surname from Verma to Singh. What is the process for doing this? And how much time is it going to take?

umm There will addhaar centres in ur city or pragya kendra , go there its very easy and takes like 20 days for ur new addhar to arrive , it hassle free and easy process .

Already tried that but it got rejected due to incorrect identity document. Now they are asking for a gazette publication as proof for the surname change.

Walk into an adhaar suvidha Kendra. Nothing to do with law here buddy

I already submitted a request at the Aadhaar Seva Kendra, but it got rejected. Now, they are asking for a gazette publication as proof for the surname change.

How did you change from a verma to a Singh ? Are you Aditya Verma trying to be a Kabir Singh ??

If you use both your surnames, you are likely a delhi CM candidate.
