February 10, 2025 at 2:47 pmI’m a 26F, currently working in Bangalore as the sole legal professional in a Ltd. company, with 1.5 years of corporate experience and a salary of ₹30K/month.Given my role and background , I’m considering pursuing the Master of Business Laws (MBL) from NLSIU (₹1L – ₹1.5L, distance mode) to enhance my legal credentials.Earlier to this i only have 5 years BA [L.LB](http://L.LB) degree from a tier 2 college.
My main concerns are industry recognition, whether it adds any real value ? and if there are any better alternatives i can consider ?
For those who have done this course—did it help in career growth? How is it perceived by recruiters in corporate law and compliance? Are there better alternatives for someone in my position?Would love to hear real experiences and advices. thanks!
