UI have a genuine question he posted a video on members only and some jokes of it offended people and now they are doing FIR against him but didn’t he post it on members only he did not use a public platform to post about the video I want to know how much he is in trouble legally and everyone politician is interested in this topic will he go to jail?? Will this is legally OK ? I really want to know the technicality

Freedom of speech starts with what comes from your mouth.I know country has alot of better cases to look upon.
But these cases are important too. The same reason as why porn is banned. It influences people to do bad things.About the court comment, I said it because it’s that absurd. Hearing is also the only ability you can’t shut down whenever you want.

UI have layed out every reason why filling an FIR is completely legal.
• It’s one of the rights as a citizen to file an FIR
• the joke can be booked under article 19(2)
• it’s a social responsibility of everyone on how you can say things in public.
• “Don’t like it don’t watch it” can be applied to porn too but it doesnt because it influences people, same for these comedy show.Now if you as a person can’t get it, I can’t do anything about it. It’s completely legal and moral. You are just refusing to accept facts.

YOU were just never part of our conversation because YOU were busy laughing on dank comedians that spreads vulgarity in the name of freedom of speech.

MI think Beerbiceps is the biggest fuckface on this planet. Personally, I used to like Samay Raina, but I know he contributes nothing to society, so I don’t give a shit about him either.
Freedom of speech is definitely a privilege. People should not be allowed to comment/make jokes on religion etc. since this is a deeply religious country and jokes like that could cause unrest.
Having said that, cracking a lame ass joke is no reason to suddenly idolise or not idolise someone. There are several issues that “ruin the culture of this country”, maybe we should fix those first and then come to a good for nothing who cracked a good for nothing joke.
You getting offended because someone cracked a joke means nothing, because you mean nothing, just like I mean nothing. If you got offended, it is a you problem: one you can fix by not consuming Beerbatli’s content. Just block the word “Beerbiceps” and “Ranveer Allahabadia” on YouTube / Insta and you will never have to see him again.
Batli should not have to stfu because you got offended, because if we set that precedent, it would mean that no one can every speak their mind, or present ideas that go against the common thinking.

Freedom of speech is generally considered as right and not a privilege. Also there will be a semicolon instead of comma after the word ” country ” in 3rd paragraph. “You getting offended ” is not correct , it will be ” Your getting offended ” as gerund requires possessive form. -

Uu think talking about them is enough? they were not addressed by anyone with actual humility and dedication . atp a 5 yr old can run the nation better than these bastards who called them representatives of our country. the outrage is extremely forced so people dont talk about other important stuff that needs to be talked about. the government actually all governments in our country sucks. i say they divide this country so its smaller and easier to handle because running a country this big with this much people is practically impossible with the kind of people we have in our country and the kind of mindset they have. i just got to know about the nepali uni case yesterday and it made me cry. why isnt that being discussed at national level? why arnt news stations doign their 11 hr streams on suck topics ?
