Land Dispute need Legal advice

There’s an ancestral land which was divided into three parts for 3 individuals,2 individuals have access to a government road from the land 3rd individual doesn’t have direct access to road but has foot road which connects to a close by road,3rd individual was using the land from individuals 1&2 to access their land for farming purposes
Now individual 3 claims they are entitled to a wide road that must be given from the land belonging to individuals 1&2 and has filed a case in court with false claims that individual 1&2 are blocking access to individual 3s land and placed a stay order in court.

What possible solution can be covered?
Few things to note
1.providing a road from individual 1&2s land will be a huge loss of land
2.individual 3 was and is accessing their land from land belonging to individuals 1&2 and there are no issues from 1&2
3.individual 3 wants no settlement other than road
4.there is a second road access which connects to individual 1,2&3s foot road.
