Starting an edtech company, need advice

Me & my friends are starting an edtech company, where we’ll organize bootcamps, certificate courses and test series.

Now we will be required to hand out bootcamp certificates/ professional course certificates & internships. What should we do to be eligible to hand out these certificates?

Should I register as an MSME? But we don’t have an own house.

Please advice 🥺
