I’m working on a content monetisation platform in **India**, where creators can sell exclusive photos and videos via **one-time payments** or **monthly subscriptions**. Before launching, I want to make sure we’re legally compliant, especially regarding:

1. **Age Restrictions** – Are there specific laws in India that require us to verify the age of creators and subscribers? If so, what’s the best way to handle this?
