Received a court summon with an incorrect name. What should I do?

There’s a current conflict between my dad and a lawyer. I stepped in to try to pacify the lawyer down, but now he’s sent me a court summon. The funny thing is my name is also not right on the summon! What should I do? A part of me really wants to fight this back fair and square.
