Job Search with Fir – 354, 417, 504

Hi,
I had a marital dispute with my ex which resulted in our marriage being canceled and out of spite they filed 354, 417 and 504. I wasn’t arrested and the case is running in court and is expected to be completed within a few months.
I recently interviewed with a very large company based out of India (HDFC Bank) and they’re asking me whether I’ve had / have an FIR against me at any point in time.
What’d be the repercussions if I decide to go forward? The role would be a mid-senior role and I’d be subjected to bg verification as well.
How can I tackle this?
Any advice would be helpful!
