  Can anyone please explain. I received this message today on my personal number that is not linked to anything. No pan, no aadhaar, nothing. Not even any bank accounts. The message was from “BV-DLRSWB”
  
  It read –
  
  “Case MN/2025/0910/4977 initiated with your mobile no as seller. Contact BLLRO office for details. From DLRSWB.”
  
  Please help.
