UOrdered pants from bonkers but it doesn’t fit me so i decided to return it, i didn’t like the quality
So i tried but it says not eligible for return/ exchange, tried talking to the costomer service that the size chart is misleading and got the wrong size but the didn’t listen said according to t/c items on discount more than 40% are not eligible for return n exchangeI was frustrated
I tried explaining 3 times then, I thought to complain on consumer court. I just straight on searched consumer court complain, first website pops up, ‘online legal india’ such a legit name n logo, just like gov site
So i clicked entered filled a form
Name, ph n signing
Next page complaint
Was typing that, got a call in between

She instantly said is it your first complaint n got me there that I don’t know about this site
She motivated me so much, thats its their duty to do that, how could they not, we will see that
We will show that power of consumer
Even if it worth 5 rs, we have solve so many cases like this, and then she said, you can get compensation for mental harassment, you have been mentally harassment by them
I don’t know that either 😂😂
She said you will be appointed a lawyer, who will prepare your case
She said you just need to pay the fees 1500 plus gst 1769
I thought so many time while being on call She was not letting me hang up, she said its completely refundable, case like yours get solve within weeks, don’t worry
So idk what happen, why i did but I paid 1769 for 850 rs item 🙂
I was happy then, that I will get all this back as compensation.
Then I thought its abit too much to do for 850 rs stuff, I called the costomer service of online legal india, that I want to cancel the complaint and want refund, that left me stunned
‘ you can cancel or stop your file, but you cannot get refund, but your money will be held for 1 yr, you can take other service, or other complaint till one yr with this amount 🙂

So stupid of me, disappointed my myself
But they ask for my complaints n details n invoice, me k knowing everything that nothing is going to happen, did fill the complaint as i have paid the amount lets test them
Got no response from 2 days
Appointed advocate changed 3 times
No way of calling them
Only they can call you
Lets see how far they do it
I will try fuck around, for long
Not gonna leave the So easily
If you know some way i can get my money back do reply 🙏
