How to get all the papers petitions related to my case

I had a cyber case for which I received a court order on 21/03/2024.

I didn’t like my lawyer at all, he delayed my case asked for money in the name of police even tho my police was cooperative and at the end stage threatened me to pay if i want to get the court order.

My court order was of 10L due to delay somebody else got money before me and only 4L was left in the account it was a cyber crime case I LOST 15L.

Can I file a recovery suit now? Can anybody tell me is recovery suit really successful in this kind of case where it is a fraud account in which money went and account holder is a poor man.

How can I get copies of all the petitions all the documents which have been filed or collected where to go and how to do it?

Please suggest on above my case was in 45th addl cmm bangalore.
