I ordered a ring from **Carat Sutra Pvt. Ltd.** on **December 9, 2024**, for around **₹5,099**. It was supposed to be delivered within a week, but I have not received it to date. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, there has been **no response or follow-up from their side**.

The ring was meant for a special occasion, and the delay has caused a lot of inconvenience. Since I got no updates, I sent them a **formal legal notice demanding a refund and compensation**, but they still haven’t responded.

At this point, I am considering filing a complaint in **consumer court**. Can someone guide me on the process? Where do I file it, what documents do I need, and how long does it usually take? Any advice would be really helpful.
