As the title says , its about the maintainance an adult child can ask for from their dad.

I have been diagnosed with ADHD , Borderline , Depression and Anxiety.
I used to undergo treatment before but it stopped. It stopped because I had enough of my dad giving me sh1t for how much he spends on me. Despite them being the main reason for it all.

Also it has been years since I haven’t had proper regular homemade meals either. Around grade 11th.

I am doing my masters at the moment. Atleast trying to. But my dad wont even give me money for the daily expenses :/
And every day my parents keep telling me about how they are not obligated to look after an adult child. And how they’ll drive me out of my house any time. How they’ll file an FIR against me (idk for what exactly ,, but smth along mental harassment) and ruin my life 🙂

Idk atp I feel suffocated even breathing and existing.

Its also funny because my dad gladly pays for my cousin’s epilepsy treatment and medicines every month.

Idk man. I really wanna live but i dont wanna at the same time.

I’d appreciate legal advice on what to do and how things would go about if i do try to claim maintainance till I can get a job atleast. What are the chances of me getting something without having to beg him daily for it? And what proof should I collect?
Please help.
