I’ve been using Excitel broadband for almost 2 years, and on 25th March, I did my usual recharge. They never mentioned that they were changing their OTT serviceβI never got an email, nor did I receive a message. The problem is, when I called customer service, the guy mentioned that they had changed their policies. The new OTT platform they’ve provided is trash. When I asked for a refund, he mentioned that they don’t have a refund policy. Then I asked him again whether I could get a refund or not, and he said no (just to be sure whether what I heard was correct or not).
Is there any way I can get a refund or pursue them legally?
