Need advice on separation

Hi i have been married for 4 years living in Mumbai with a flat on my name. My spouse is living in same flat separately for 4 years now. There is no physical intimacy since marriage and her parents are advocate so she is staying in my property. We had verbal argument 4 years back and she has been holding grudge. I am threatened for false cases and police and all. What should I do ?

If she’s threatening then try to first colllect evidence.. Once you have all evidence……. Unko boldo…. Jo karna hai karle

Lawyer here. Give a police complaint to your near police station stating the threats that you’re facing. Just a non cognizable complaint. Don’t include the phone number of your wife.

Collect all the evidences that you can in any form. They will come handy later.

If you want a divorce, you may file under section 12 of HMA on the ground of cruelty. No physical intimacy between the parties is a good ground for divorce.
