Labour Laws in Tamilnadu

Hi everyone i am completely new to this and trying to understand the labours laws applicable in Tamilnadu. I am looking for help with the below items

1. The central Acts that are applicable to and adopted by Tamilnadu without any modifications (Factories Act).
2. The central Acts adopted with modifications made to it
3. Acts enacted by Tamilnadu (The Shop and Establishment Act)

From Indiacode website i see 35 laws enacted by labour Ministry.

Note: I was searching on websites that handle labour law compliance. My goal is to understand how those websites came up with that list of acts that are applicable for a state.
