Scammed by American Eagle

I ordered a pair of shirts and a pant from American eagles mobile app. I received the 2 shirts I ordered, but they sent me an unbranded pants instead of the original one I ordered. The pants also had brand tags and price tags missing.
I immediately contacted their custome rare and shared the pictures, but they are asking for unpacking video.
Unfortunately I did not expect this to happen and do not have an unpacking video.
Is there an option to file a grevience in consumer forumn? I know a strong evidence would be the video, which I don’t have.
Regretting the purchase so much now. Kindly guide.
