UMy friend’s sister who has been married for 30 yrs has mild mental retardation . Her husband is using her to get money from her old aged parents & she has been with parents for the last one year. He’s asking for money every month to take her with him . She’s not agreeing for divorce either. We have a police complaint on which they haven’t acted yet. Even if he takes her with him now what if he brings her back again ? Can her father take him to court ?
