Admission Counselor Unresponsive After Payment -Stuck with EMI Obligations

I recently joined a well known university for my master’s. Before joining, the admission counselor was very responsive and kind. I made my down payment through Liquiloans, which has a monthly EMI. However, after I completed the down payment, she stopped responding. She also made me accept all the agreement terms and conditions, which state that even if I cancel my admission, I am still required to pay the EMI. What can I do in this situation?
