I recently purchased a flat in a housing society in Bangalore, which consists of multiple apartment blocks. However, I just found out that the land on which my block is built is involved in a legal dispute. Given this situation, could this issue impact the other blocks in the society when it comes to obtaining their Occupancy Certificate (OC) and registration? Would appreciate any insights from those familiar with such cases!
