Property dispute and visa

Hello Humans,
I am planning to file a property dispute case for property which i should get from my uncles and also I am planning to move out of country for jobs, while the case is still going on…as it might take many years.

Will the case cause me visa problems?

My cousins will be taking care of the case while am away, I am not needed for the case to be present in country.

Please share what are my choices
