I ordered a Mac on 26th of January and the delivery date shown in Flipkart app was the 28th January but once I placed the order it got changed to 31st. I waited till 31st but they didn’t deliver it on that day also, upon calling their customer care executive they told me that I’ll be getting it on 2nd of February. When I checked the app today it is still showing the same update from 27th Jan that your parcel is shipped to Motherhub Gurgaon from Nadia!! I want to ask what are the legal options I have. since I have already made the online payment and now sale is over the price is gone up by appx 20k, so what are my options and if I want to go to consumer court how should I approach or what should I do?? Thanks!

Same thing happened to me during. My product was reached nearest hub. But after 2 days my product got cancelled. When I called them they told me you can place new order. These fuckers don’t understand the price was up by 50%.
