So I’m planning to build a website/app that ranks makeup and skincare brands based on user reviews. A few concerns I have:

1. **Product Images** : Can I use images from the brand’s website, or do I need to take my own photos?

2. **User Reviews** : If users leave negative reviews, can brands sue me for defamation or demand the content be taken down?

3. **Liability Issues** : Are there any other potential legal issues that could arise from hosting user-generated content, like review moderation or content being seen as misleading?

But he is an Individual reviewer. AFAIK individual creators can be sued because they are responsible for their own content, while platforms are protected under Section 79 of the IT Act.

He has been sued many times and has support from people and government as well
