Need urgent help.

I won’t tell you the whole story but I will tell you what I can. So my Dad took money from some guy and now he wants the whole amount back on Monday. If he doesn’t pay till Monday he is going to get goons to beat him up. The guy who is bringing the goons has said he has also filed NC in police station so I don’t know what that even means. Is there something we can do legally about this?
