Show previous land owner name on building as per Rera rules

Recently, bought an apartment in Bengaluru and we’ve taken hand over and been living here for about a whole year now

First year maintaince was taken by the builder himself

The project is Rera certified, it has all the required documents too

Now, the developer has put up a board of the previous land owner claiming it’s as per RERA rules

Is this true?

Aren’t the residents who bought flats here the land owners as we get UDS?

Imo, the current land owners name should be put up on the building, right? Makes no sense to have the previous land owner

Can somebody please clarify this for me?

Check the land due diligence document provided to RERA. verify the same with sale deed. If all things don’t add up then file a case in Rera
