Need advice if I can do anything legally against my college authorities?

My department organised a tournament which was only for our department. But somehow the students who organised this intentionally brought a player outside from the college and played him in their team. That player played aggressively and injured a couple of players but not major injuries. Now I asked the dean to take action and he said that their team got disqualified, that’s their action. I asked them to remove them from main team which wasn’t acknowledged. I believe that it violatrd the integrity and fair play of the tournament. Also we payed small amount for entry fees. But this is unacceptable imo and harsh action should have been taken. Is there anything I can do?
