Neighbor illegally extending DDA flat. Need to lodge complaint with DDA.

I am staying in a DDA colony in Vasant Kunj. My neighbor has started to illegal extension of his flat by breaking walls etc. The daily jackhammering is highly disturbing since I work from home.

I believe that the RWA authority have been bribed to ensure their silence. How can I complain anonymously to the DDA of this illegal extension?
