Local threatens to not build on the land

My parents bought a land on 2016 and we had put a boundary the land is well registered and everything legally but the nephew of the previous land owner is threatening us not to build a house. Also the one threatening has 4 brother he threaten that if one murders at least 3 brothers could enjoy their life.
