So my relative skipped previous two summons for non repayment of vehicle loan, and now bailable warrant has been issued, surity is filed.

Tomorrow is the date of hearing, but he has paid the pending amount in last two days and got the loan statement and payment receipts, NOC will be given after a month.

The question is, can he appear in hearing without lawyer and show payment receipts or lawyer is must for hearing??
