Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding my payment of ₹10,756, which has been withheld by the cyber police for over 40 days. The bank informed me that the payment is on hold due to this, and I was advised to contact the cyber police through the number 093569 34042.
However, despite multiple attempts to reach out and resolve this issue, I have faced consistent delays. On several occasions, I have been told that the accountant officer is unavailable, and my issue has not been addressed, leaving me in a state of uncertainty for an extended period.
I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide clarity on why my payment has been withheld and what further steps I need to take to resolve this issue. I would appreciate it if you could expedite this process, as the delay has caused significant inconvenience.
