UMy parents took out a home loan for a house, along with my uncle aunt. But the house is in my grandma’s name and loan was taken out because of the will, both their children getting equal shares of the house.
Now my grandma keeps threatening us she will change her will and give the house to uncle and his family onlyMy mom is scared as we still have loan going on. Is it possible for grandma to do this? And if it is, will my parents still have to repay loans of the house they don’t live in?
