Absconded and HR saw me

Hey folks I absconded a company 6 months back after working there for 2 months stating health issues, the problem is I joined another comapny and have been with them for 6 months, today my Ex HR Head saw me in and was checking on my health, was asking about my current company and postion to which I answered, can they so something to harm my current role ?
