I think this issue has been raised earlier and if I am not wrong, the Consumer Court had also asked Ola to look into this and take actions.
But even now everytime I try downloading my invoice, because I need to submit it to my institution for reimbursements the apps says “Customer invoice for auto rides will not be provided due to changes in Ola’s auto service T&Cs”
It then provides no solutions and no direct support contact.
What am I supposed to do now? Given that I have a lot of money spent here and won’t get it reimbursed from my accounts department unless I have the original receipt.
