We are planning to purchase a flat in Hyderabad on third floor and the plate on the flat door reads 301. The building has the starting flat number 101 on the first floor and below the first floor is stilt parking. However the agreement and the plan documents has a different set of flat numbers starting with g1 mentioning ground floor, 101, 201 etc. So according to the agreement we will be purchasing flat 201 on the second floor.
So is this legal and do we face issues in future with government or while resale etc?
