I feel this needs to be strongly adressed and I could use some advice.

One of my close friends worked with [MyGradez](https://mygradez.com/) as a sales associate for 2 months ( she joined on November 29 ) along with another guy. Despite fulfilling all her roles & expectations. She along with the other joinee didn’t receive their salary even once from the date of joining. Even after multiple attempts to resolve this through internal communication it remains unsolved as the founder and the manager kept on giving dates but covers up with silly excuses everytime.

As professionals, we rely on timely payment to support ourselves and families. It’s hearbreaking to face such situations.

I’m sharing to seek advice from this community – how should someone handle this situation? Any legal or professional steps can she take to get her dues cleared?

I hope noone has to go through such situation. Please feel free to share your suggestions

        Thank you in advance

          Lawyer from Hyderabad

You have to issue a legal Notice through your lawyer for your friends pending salary and if they does not respond to that notice you have approach labor tribunal to lodge a complaint against the company or file a civil suit to recovery of money.

Feel Free to ping me if you have any further questions or doubts regarding any legal problems.
