Social activist filed a petition to evaquvate our 88yrs old shop

So we have a juice shop for 88years, which was sold in the name of waqf property, we payed rent every month to waqf, recently thought reconstruct it , one of the social activist filed a petition in collecter office that it’s a government road that he had a old man , after visiting the municipality we came to know that it was really a road back then, we didn’t knew it, we thought it was waqf property, we were fooled and we don’t know what to do.
