What happens if you dial 100 to complain/seek help against police harrasment?

  If an on duty police officer is harrassing you, lets say he slaps you or snatches your belongings or misbehaves/abuses you, can you call 100 and seek police help against him?

  Dial 112, ask for the reporting officer’s name, if they doesn’t comply, file complaint against them too.
