Hi, I bought a term policy in 2013 for 50 lac. Now in 2022 I found out I have CKD and I did my transplant on Dec 2024. Because I was sick I missed the payment which was supposed to be on Nov 2024, but when I tried to revive it the company which became Bandhan Like has declined. Can they do it?? I dint had CKD when I started the policy. Can I complain about it to IRDA ??
