FIR under Section 283 IPC, charge sheet filed in court, evidence stage

Can I go for quashing of FIR in high court? I had parked my car on the side of the road and was only 50m away getting my dinner packed, in the meanwhile police called me and took me to the police station and informed me after 1 hour that they’ve filed and FIR against me. There is no evidence submitted in the charge sheet except a hand drawn map of the road.
