Delayed admit card for government exam need legal advice

So i filled a form for a government exam i.e UKSSC , the exam held on 19-20 Jan , fun part – these great minds sent me admit card email on 21 jan morning , when i received the email stating you can download your admit card i went to their website to download my admit but what i found is the exam already concluded and talked to their customer support they said its your fault you did’t checked their website before , even though they sent admit card emails to everyone on time but delayed mine .
