UI am dealing with a builder who has started major interior work which involves extremely loud noises. This is supposed to be done in almost all units in each tower in the society. The society is occupied and there are a large number of residents.
Recently, they declared that they will continue the work until 11PM at night. I am pretty sure that the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 prohibit them to do so. But how can I have a stronger argument?
They have also asked several residents to sign a NOC waiving any claims against the developer whatsoever.
