Are two newspaper cuttings necessary for name change in indian passport when Gazette notification is available?

Hello,
So i recently addee my surname to my name and for that i have gotten it updated in central Gazette notification. Using it only, i have updated my name in aadhar and pan card.

Now I want to update my name in passport and I am confused that whether i need to produce 2 newspaper cuttings or is the gazzete notification enough?

In the necessary documents required for name update, as per the passport official site, it says either gazette or 2 newspaper cuttings.

But online i have seen ppl say that both are required.

So when i got my name change published in gazette, only 1 newspaper cutting was required so I am confused that whether i should get it in another newspaper aswell or not.

If anyone has changed their name recently in passport, do let me know.
