Refund from GRAS/Family Court Mumbai

I had made an erroneous payment of Rs.75000 to Family Court of Mumbai through GRAS in 2022 instead of High Court. I have the challan copy.

After repeated follow ups, they have not refunded the money. They keep telling me to get the refund from the bank.

The challan has not been defaced so I should still get my money back. How do I go about doing this?
