Courier service stole my items.

I am an NRI living in Dubai, I am a Doctor , recently graduated from govt medical college.
I gave my clothes to a Bombax courier service Gandhinagar, Gujarat. for sending it to Dubai back home. Their no-
+91 9328034415.

They said it will reach, but they literally stole my leather jacket, and clothes items are missing.
And upon calling them they are taking no responsibility. Please you can call him and ask where is it.

He is giving threats go to police and complaint.

How do i proceed further and whom should i complaint ? Will i get my belongings back, please help. I want to complaint to consumer complaint and get compensation. What is the procedure?

These companies should be punished nicely so they dont do this to any other innocent people.
